Fix the Listing of GatorGrader Checks #6
Description
The standard that we're trying to adopt for the listing of GatorGrader checks is that they are supposed to be in lexicographic order. However, if we add the word "The" in front of "Repository" then, if I remember correctly, the listing of checks is no longer in lexicographic order. As such, the full listing of checks should be sorted so that they are fully in lexicographic order.
