no dir titan generated

Dear Sir:

When I run the command snakemake -s combineSvabaTitan.snakefile --cores 5, it showed error "Error in getopt_options(object, args) :
Error in getopt(spec = spec, opt = args) :
flag "titanBinFile" requires an argument
Calls: parse_args -> parse_options -> getopt_options
Execution halted", then I found no dir titan was generated. But I have got the sv.vcf results.

and I also meet error in svaba.snakefile, the setting about mem=config["svaba_funcs"],
runtime=config["svaba_runtime"],
pe=config["svaba_numCores"] was deleted, then the command snakemake -s svaba.snakefile --cores 5 can run. Maybe you need to change it.

Could you tell me how to solve this error?
