support around SSE and Streamable HTTP

Hi @GeLi2001 ,

I am doing some POC and my MCP server is deployed in Kubernetes environment. Only way to contact MCP server is via https endpoint.


I tried specifying the transport to sse and Streamable HTTP instead of stdio but the pod is failing. 

Any pointer to have to run this mcp server using toolhive on transport SSE and Streamable HTTP option?
