Description
What's your idea?
Build a separate, central service that all other services report charges to. At the end of the billing period for each member, the service then takes the payment from that member via Stripe.

User Story
As a developer, I want a simple method to report user spending so that I do not have to deal with Stripe.
As the Treasurer, I want spending to be tracked through a central system so that financial data can be audited easily.
