Ticket suggester bot #658
Description
What's your idea?
If a Dev team member has no tickets currently assigned to them, suggest a ticket for them to work on.
We have the following
| Interest | Team Name | Label Name |
|---|---|---|
| Backend | backend | backend |
| Infrastructure | infra | infra |
| Frontend | frontend | frontend |
Therefore,
- when a ticket closes
- if the member is not assigned to another ticket
- if the member is in the x team
- Search for a ticket with the highest priority label and with the x label
- GeekZoneBot to @ mention the member on that ticket/issue

User Story
As a Dev Team member, I want issues/tickets to be given to me so that I do not have to think about what to do next.
