What's your idea?
If a Dev team member has no tickets currently assigned to them, suggest a ticket for them to work on.
We have the following

| Frontend | frontend | frontend |
Therefore,
- when a ticket closes
- if the member is not assigned to another ticket
- if the member is in the x team
- Search for a ticket with the highest priority label and with the x label
- GeekZoneBot to @ mention the member on that ticket/issue
