Fix GMOS long slit standard / specphot mess

GMOS longslit has both standard and specphot. Specphot should be deprecated, and standard should be the one.
It looks like the assocoiation code in specphot is more correct - this should *not* require a binning match, and it should use the STANDARD tag for processed data. It should obviously support both raw and processed data.
