FE: Image picker

To be used in the onboarding flow for profile picture uploading and post flow for image uploading. Feel free to choose any react native library for this

The image picker component should:
- [ ] Open the users camera roll
- [ ] Store (locally on FE) the image selected

Do not worry about:
- [ ] Uploading the image anywhere / saving it to backend
