Error when connecting to GeoNode via Plugin #309

Expected Behavior
GeoNode Plugin should successfully conect to GeoNode instance
Current Behavior

Possible Solution
Issue looks to be related to python "packaging" module
Steps to Reproduce
- Open Data Source Manager
- Select GeoNode Plugin and Add a New Connection
- Input Connection Name, GeoNodeURL, and select preconfigured "Basic" authentication
- Click "Connect"
