Task: remove ldap integration from this script as the geonode-contrib module is not maintained #262

Task Description
The contrib ldap module in https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode-contribs is not really maintained anymore and therefore, i would suggest to remove direct ldap integration from this chart.
People can still integrate ldap module using the values.geonode.general.settings_additions and values.geonode.tasks_pre_script to make ldap work even via the contrib module.
I would further suggest to write an documentation about ldap user management along the keycloak user management docs which are planned in #252
