Reproduce UnboundLocalError in tests of 3.0.0 <=PyShp <= 3.0.2, e.g. a non single point type, M/Z Shapefile with no mmin & no mmax

Describe the feature request

A fix for the known problem in the code has already been merged, but it'd be good to have a real example of "UnboundLocalError when reading byte_stream": #377 in the tests, to guard against regressions and make sure there are no unknown problems in the code when reading this type of Shapefile (or otherwise).
