[FEAT] Option to hide results

The reason I switched to playnite is because steam lib has no filters I want and because it lags so, so much
I have 11k games in my library and when I switched to playnite, it worked like a charm
But when I installed this plugin, and I switch to it's view, the client would freeze and load like 2-5mins later, at 5-15fps

I'm not sure why it's different than playnite's library list but it lags very, very much with the same amount of games
also not sure how you would fix this but it could be either:

• A tick to hide games until I fully filtered
• Hide game icons if they're not in view (Unsure if this will work, but this is how playnite's works I think)

Hi there. There should be an easy fix. I've just used virtualization, so only the games necessary are rendered.

If it doesn't work, please let me know, I'll try a workaround

Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to work, Although, it seems it's a one-time occurrence though, but this is still jarring :(
It seems to have taken less time than before, but I still get 5fps on the page
