Medi DB file path and correct configuration

Hi Team Medi,

At the outset thank you for this valuable tool.

I completed the build-kraken.nf script on my system. However, the last step of adding food db which involves a cp command failed. My $MEDI directory currently looks like this

Could you confirm if all of the components are present. Additionally, it would be nice to test the tool performance sort of like a self-check with a minimal dataset to understand if the install is running properly and all the files are being found where they are suppose to be found.

Hi, this looks good so it should work. Can you also paste the ls -aLlh calls for the medi_db folder and the dbs folder?

A minimal dataset would not be an issue, but we would also need a test database and that is a bit more involved. But it is something I was thinking about too and I will see what I can implement.
