After uninstall and reinstall, contributor_field_collection will remain and cause error

FieldException: Attempt to create an instance of field contributor_field_collection on bundle audiovisual that already has an instance of that field. in field_create_instance() (line 509 of drupal7/modules/field/field.crud.inc).

I think it's because biblio_contributor and biblio_contributor_role are not deleted after uninstall biblio module.
