Can't see Selenium tests running [4h]

When I go to https://drupal-starter.ddev.site:7900/ and run a Selenium test, I don't see it run in VNC.

ddev phpunit --filter ServerGeneralHomepageTest

Task

1. Find teh root issue, and make VNC work again
2. We no longer need the secret password to connect to VNC, so we can remove from README
