Create the Text Response Text Box Page:

• Create Basic UI for Text Box Page
• Limit Characters to 280
• Limit # lines to 10-11
• Create Blur and Opacity Effect when viewpromptbutton is clicked
• keep track of text and # of characters as user is typing
• Dismiss Keyboard on clicking outside of box
• Test Upload to Supabase
