Allow a survey to be in a public read-only state #4

User story

As the research manager at OpenOwnership I want to share a read-only view of survey results with our country partners for them to look at so that I can get their feedback

Note: this does not require them to use the comment feedback features of the tool.

Considerations

The people we want to share the read only view with may not have Google accounts.

Options for implementation

Option A

If the survey sheet can be accessed without Google login (i.e. it is set to anyone can view), and it's config sheet includes some particular flag for 'public access', then skip requiring Google Login and display view-only version.

(I suspect this option is likely to require quite a bit of refactoring, as the login fires first in the app...)

Option B

Create a print layout option, which shows everything on one long page, and has a nice print stylesheet, to allow printing to PDF, or export to HTML, to circulate outside the survey tool.

This has the added value of allowing printing of a 'blank' survey form, which could have other uses - and it allows a specific version of the data to be shared more widely.

Recommendation

I'm leaning towards Option B
