Convert eShopOnWeb further to Parts Unlimited

In 2019 we had a real Parts Unlimited webshop, make the eShopOnWeb look like it.

Actions:

• update the Logo
• Update the hero image and message
• tbd. Color sheme?

Not sure what the color scheme was in previous years. I've mirrored the repo for PU to here: GlobalDevOpsBootcamp/PartsUnlimited-2019, but cannot get that to run at all (old .NET dependencies and other crap. Tried Codespaces as well, but got nowhere).
