Set up cron job to refresh Netrunner cards occasionally

The netrunner cards have to be refreshed manually as there's a single endpoint that returns all of the cards, instead of an endpoint for single cards. It'd be great if we could set it up to run once in a while automatically so that we don't need to maintain it as much.
