Partition headlines into categories #182
Description
We should create enumerated buckets for headlines, which can be used at the top level to control what gets tweeted when and thus generate a desirable distribution.
Headlines of similar type (finance, product announcements) and weight (simple text, text with card image, multicard graphic, sophisticated graphic) can be grouped together to design a "feel" such that the final feed has a balanced mix of headlines and headlines don't feel over- or under-used.
The shell script can then be adjusted to tweet different categories at different times of the day (perhaps even alternating days).
