Better error handling when twitter/mastodon apis fail

Goals:

• Detailed errors logged in discord/error log
• If one api fails, still allow others to attempt to post

I was thinking the same thing. It should include the exception from the last failed attempt.

Incidentally, it will still post to mastadon if the tweet fails (since mastadon is first), but that's not resilient to a refactor. And a failed toot will still preempt the tweet.
