feature req: change related person options to match vcard

Under related persons there are a lot of options. For cross compatibility (yes i admit vcard compatibility is a mess today for just about any contacts app, but but it's the only attempt at a "standard specification" i have yet seen) it would be better if
Hopefully when exporting the contact list to a vcard
The related persons will eventually match the "related" in vcard standard rfc6350

To simplify things for a hopefully open source standards compatible future.

At least have the vcard preferred options at the top of the list in bold or some other way to suggest they are(hopefully) cross compatible with other apps export and import (which i think really is only thunderbird at this time, sadly)
