Private Network Access from non-secure contexts not working

Added token for Private Network Access from non-secure contexts but did not resolve the cors error. Worked before chrome 94 and works fine on all other browsers.

I presume the reason is I need to add the token to our response headers and can't user a meta tag, which makes sense from a security stand point, will try it in our next build.
