Validation date does not update after feedback submission

Im not certain this is the appropriate place to submit my issue, but for some reason, after the feedback submission this specific trial doesnt not update the validation period.

I'm in the PNA trial and have previously provided feedback and gotten an updated valid period. I'm seeing the same thing after providing feedback last night and trying again this morning. I've got about a week left on my token and am hoping it doesn't expire before this can be addressed. If this isn't the correct place to report, please kindly point me in the right direction.
