Feature Request: Show hyperparameters in dashboard view

Occasionally we might want to check hyperparameters when comparing between stacks. This would require the model itself to dump its parameters (e.g. [classifier_trainer in TF](https://github.com/tensorflow/models/blob/master/official/vision/image_classification/classifier_trainer.py#L281-L287)) but would be great for interpretability.
