Description
Swimming (faster swimming, hold breath longer underwater)
Jumping (faster jump, higher jump)
Mending/Repairing (repairing tools gives a bit more durability than normal, maybe making tools to begin with gives 1% more durability? )
Enchanting (reduces costs on enchanting tables and anvils)
Climbing? (faster movement on ladders, better able to grab ladders if you're falling etc. (like they have a bigger grab box))
Skating? (better responsiveness on ice or anything slippery, faster movement on ice)
Ranching? (something to do with taming animals... maybe you have a chance of getting back the food you fed them? and higher chance of chicken from egg or something?)
Make it so that any skill category for an activity that drains hunger will drain less hunger as you level? This includes Swimming and Jumping, but also Mining, Digging, Woodcutting, Athletics, and Sword (maybe others).
Make it so the increased drop is not double but a random extra amount from a Min to a Max specified in the config file?
Tweak settings for digging drops -- which drops happen and what their relative frequencies are.
greater control of drops -- special drops based on biome and/or height restrictions, so e.g. tropical seeds drop only in tropical areas, metal varies by biome, and you can't dig up potatoes if you're deep underground
