NBT no_placing bypassed by many mods -> item dupe #9

i just wanted you to notice following issue and the various mod interactions that easily bypass your nbt tagging probably

or is this tag vanilla code and just ignored by other mods?
i want to extend my list
ore unification (several mods, exchange of ore dicted ores and items may remove your nbt tag)
EMC (converting the ore to EMC and back may remove the tag)
i have no idea how your mod works, but is it required to have it on both sides client and server?
if yes, would you consider to register an alternative item for everythign that can be dropped multiple times like Thaumcraft does with it's ore chunks? Those items would lack the ability to be placed but only could be processed the way their ore counterparts can
