Option to allow non-latin chars #10
Description
It would be nice to have option to disable default conversion of everything into latin characters.
The reason for it: those days every browsers allows to use non-latin characters, and those are actively used to make "beautiful" and "human readable" urls.
Though, it would be nice to preserve urlify capability to handle other things, like whitespaces, unprintable characters etc.
