Add possibility to add new alphabet

I think, it would be nice, if i could add new alphabets to the transformation (e.g. I would like to add the transformation of currency signs (€,$) to their ASCII analogons (euro, dollar).

Also for russians it could be interesting to add the cyrillic alphabet, ...

Possilby these could be added by default and the user could choose which ones to use, if any.

Thanks for the cyrillic alphabet, but I was more thinking about own "alphabets" which can be injected from the outside. This would IMHO also reduce the number of options as well (e.g. you do not need the addEToUmlauts and the szToSs and probably even the spaces options, since you could just implement different alphabets, which could then be called).

What do you think?
