Ability to customise which axe tags are used with each scan #37
Description
We will want to be able to leverage the axe scans to just run the tags as defined.
Most importantly, we will want wcag21a and wcag21aa (I am not sure if in this case wcag21aa also includes wcag21a, like WCAG 2.1 AA includes WCAG 2.1 A by default).
We will want to be able to exclude 2.2 issues and Deque best practices by specifying which issues matter to us and our clients.
