Option for App Store to only check for updates while charged, and when first plugging in

Title. Basically, a lot of other updaters (Droidify, Obtainium, etc.) have a way to update and scan only when charging. This can save a lot of battery. If the app store automatically keeps system configuration on this, maybe have a menu tile in settings on App Store to make that obvious.
