Issue with downloading Google Play Services

Hello I encountered this error when trying to download Google Play Services.

Details:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /data/app/~~aO461rGvNDrX7uWBws3wxQ==/com.android.vending-hkPObUxA5vbEPY5JhFjaOQ==/split_config.arm64_v8a.apk: open failed: ENOENT (No such file or directory)

It fixes when restarting the phone.

Hello I encountered this error when trying to download Google Play Services.

How are you trying to do that?

I downloaded it from the App Store. I should have mentioned at first the download failed giving me an error code 0 (if i remember correctly).When i tried again it gave me the error I sent you in my previous reply.

Uninstall both Play services and Play Store in any profiles where they're installed, then try installing them again.

It gave me the same error.Only when I restarted my phone first and then downloaded them again fixed the issue.
