swipe down refresh gesture

I realize you are downstream from chromium, but this feature, which can not be disabled, is going to make me uninstall vanadium.  I'm fed-up with the constant refresh every time i'm trying to zoom in on a page. 

 All gestures should be "assignable" or the ability to disable individual gestures.  It's not an all or nothing philosophy

Sorry to complain, but I did provide a proposed solution!
