Clear history when Vanadium closes

A feature that automatically clears specific history items on browser exit when enabled (you can choose what exactly to clear, just like in the "Delete bnrowing data tab") Cromite has this feature for reference. This feature has been discussed in other threads in the past and were marked as completed, but the feature wasn't implemented. Instead only the option to close tabs on exit was added
