Description
The Book attribute can be applied to the item (Edge, Hinderance, Power, etc.) or the group (Edges, Hinderances, Powers, etc.). If it is on both, the one on the item is used.
The Page attribute must be applied to the item.
When we display this, exclude the page numbers for the compact formats. Or maybe include a checkbox to turn it on and off.
