'tm' folder is missing

Hi guys,

I'm trying to run the FLAb code on my PC.
I just realized that the folder name "tm" has been renamed to "thermostability"
But inside the script files, for example, "score_struc.py", the folder name is still set as "tm".
Can you please change the folder name "tm" to "thermostability" in all the scripts, wherever it is getting called?
