Large discrepancies in deleted / updated datasets #8

@MichaelChungyoun I and many others (#5, #4) have noticed discrepancies in the datasets that are in this repository. There seems to have been a large update to these datasets that were deleted in August 2023, leading to major changes in the log likelihood - fitness correlation results. This is worrisome given that other manuscripts have come to conflicting conclusions regarding these sources of data. It would be very helpful if you could provide some comments on why and how these data were processed / modified from their previous version. Thanks
