Combat increasing audio delay in voip #49
Description
Sometimes audio arrives late and induces a pause in the output stream, which makes the audio delayed.
Use a combination of SDL_GetAudioStreamQueued (or manual measurement) and SDL_SetAudioStreamFrequencyRatio to increase playback speed dynamically to catch back up to real time.
