What is USE_TIMESTAMP flag in dynamics simulation application? What purpose does it serve and is it really needed?

We needed to include an actual timestamp back in the dark ages to get GOSS to properly work with GridPACK. It isn't used for anything else and I turned it off recently. If you want to totally get rid of it, that would be okay with me, but you might want to check to make sure that no one will ever use GOSS again.

Is anyone using GriidPACK with GOSS? Who is the contact person for GOSS. I can reach out and check.
