Repplying blanking "Replace" mode is non functional #93

Description

@ThePowerOfElectricity

Description:
When reapplying blanking to a shape which already has blanking settings, the "Replace" mode does not work. Even when explicitly selected, reapplying will behave exactly the same as the "ADD" mode and add new features instead of replacing the old one.

Expected behavior:
Reapplying blanking with the "Replace" mode should replace the old blanking settings.

Steps to reproduce:
-Open editor mode
-Create a shape with visible Blanking (Most easily seen in the dotted line mode)
-Select that same shape and reapply blanking in the "Replace" mode

Outcome: The shape will now feature the old as well as the new blanking settings and the point count will have significantly increased.
