Reapplying colors completely overrides blanking mode dot colors with baseline colors #94

Description

@ThePowerOfElectricity

Description:
When reapplying colors to an already existing shape that has stroke type dots on it, the color reapply will change the color of the dots to that of the line the dots are on.

Combined with the issue that reapplying blanking settings in "replace" mode is non functional, this means that editing shapes that use dots is currently not possible without destroying either geometry or color.

Expected behavior:
The color reapplication should respect the settings for stroke-type dotting instead of overriding them.

Steps to reproduce:
-Open editor mode
-Create a shape with the dotted line stroke type
-Select that same shape
-Reapply colors

Outcome: The dots on the line will now have changed from their original color to that of the line which they are placed on
