Especially on a phone, it is too easy to make (especially, when my wife has MS and her hands are a bit shakey). How can I edit the text of an item?

Are you talking about 2 separate problems?
I think it would be possible the make the longtap time longer. Maybe as an option. Did you mean that?

As of now it is not possible to edit the text. However, I see no problem to implement it.

But yeah, editing should be possible!

This will only be possible after we also update the backend. But that wont happen before app v2.0 will be there.
