Integrate Dojo theme into application

We now have a new repo for the Dojo theme, which includes the colour palette.

Need to look at the mobile theme as well - this isn't included in the theme as standard and seems to be part of dojox/mobile. Will need to investigate how other projects import theme files from the main theme into the mobile theme.

Currently we have the main theme in Stylus, whereas the dojox/mobile is in LESS - may cause us issues.

Because of the lack of support for mobile components with this theme, it is recommended to not use it for now. Or adapt it for dojo mobile widgets.
