Fix UID in gff3 file

Hi!

thanks for keep this working!

From the mirtop group we want to thank you to implement the GFF3 format!
We just notice one small fix to make it work trough our API pipeline.

Is the id under UID matching what mirtop tool uses to identify the sequence or did you make your own ID. If it is internal id, a simple solution is to change UID for id and the mirtop API will recognize that and translate it to the mirtop internal cypher. If actually you implemented mirtop cypher, can you keep only the letter code and remove the prefix.

It should be pretty easy to fix this, let me know if I am being confusing.

We used the following ID format:UID=isomiRNA-22-U0XZH3PKO based on the following:

(R) UID: unique ID based on sequence like mintmap has for tRNA: prefix-22-BZBZOS4Y1 (https://github.com/TJU-CMC-Org/MINTmap/tree/master/MINTplates).

Thanks for coming back.

We are in the process to normalize this. Can you change the prefix to 'iso-..-....' instead of isomiRNA?

And the version in the header to 1.1?

In your case only point 2 and 3 need to be addressed. Let me know if there is any question.
