Add the ability to access /data/local/tmp

I have Android tv 12, without root. For some automation, I use files in the /data/local/tmp folder, as you know, from this folder you can run sh scripts locally on a device without root using ADB.
Therefore, I have a request to the developers to add the ability to access the /data/local/tmp folder, as well as to be able to set execution rights for files in this folder.
