Bayes factors test with BEAST2 #57

Hello,

I am doing a discrete phylogeography project looking at virus transmission using BEAST2. I managed to visualize the transmission paths in spreadGL, but it doesn't seem to support the Bayes Factor test with BEAST2 log files. I realize that the column/parameter names are different between BEAST1 and BEAST2 log files and that seems to be the issue (e.g. location.indicators.location1.location2 vs. rateIndicator.location.1, etc). Are there any workarounds for this, or are there any plans to develop new spread tools to support the Bayes Factor analysis for results from the BEAST2 package?

Thank you!
Rebecca
