incompatibility with BEAST v1.10.5 #58

There seems to be an incompatibility of spreadgltools and BEAST suite v1.10.5.
Using an MCC tree obtained with TreeAnnotator v1.10.5 resulted in a series of multiple errors. I tried with and MCC produced from the same trees file but with TreeAnnotator v1.10.4, and everything worked. Im sorry, I currently do not have the error messages. However, when using the output.csv file from SpreadGL for annotation of the Bayes factors, it did not work when using the rates.log file from BEAST v.1.10.5. Indicating that in line 4 a single value was expected but 872 were found. I checked the rate file from v.1.10.5 and another file from v.1.10.4 and found that the newer version includes 3 extra lines with information of BEAST version. When those lines were deleted, everything worked fine.
