Migrate from Redis to Valkey #722
Description
Due to Redis changing it's license from BSD 3 clause license to RSALv2 and SPPLv1, the Valkey project was formed. Valkey appears to be a fork of Redis before the license change. Right now it's a drop in replacement, but that could change in future. At some point we should work towards migrating away from Redis.
Fedora has replaced Redis with Valkey already, and it looks like this has been done in RHEL 10. In RHEL 9, Valkey is available in EPEL.
