The PIT columns in the tlsa_HHID table are not used

Hi @MollyMcEvilley ,

Just to note, the tlsa_HHID table includes the columns PITOctober, PITJanuary, PITApril, and PITJuly. However, there is no code in the Sample Code that sets values for these columns or uses them in any logic. Could you please consider removing them for the next FY?
