HDX SPM Module Error Flag for Valid Measure 4 Case [Flag 1415] #1
Description
We received an inquiry from a community concerned about an error flag. When digging deeper, we believe this is a valid scenario, and the error could better fit as a warning(so a note can be added to explain the scenario) or suppressed.
In this example scenario, the client qualifies for the adult leaver universe for Measure 4.
- At entry, there is a record of Earned Income = $3,500 and all other income sources = $0.
- At exit, there is a record of SSDI =$1,500, Earned Income = $0, and all other income sources = $0.
The client's total income and earned income had decreased, but the non-employment cash income had increased.
