Make tests more modular

Ideally, tests do not rely on the side effects of previous tests. Currently, some of our tests do. Eg, `apiprojects.js`'s `it('should not create a project with a taken name'...` and `apitasks.js`'s `it('should be able to add an assignee after assignees were cleared'...`
